Thank you for choosing VinIndex for your vehicle inspection and VIN report needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Nature:

All reports generated by VinIndex are digital products delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of our service:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Incorrect VIN entry by the customer.

    • Reports that do not meet customer expectations.

    • Missing or limited data in the report.

    • Change of mind after purchase.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct VIN before completing their purchase.

  • Understanding that VIN reports are compiled from multiple databases, and data availability may vary based on the vehicle’s history records.

Please double-check the VIN before submitting your order.

Exceptions – Limited Review Cases:

In rare cases, we may review your concern if:

  • You have experienced a duplicate transaction.

  • There is a technical/system error resulting in non-delivery of the report.

For such cases:

  • Please contact us at admin@vinindex.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

  • Provide details including your transaction ID, the VIN entered, and a description of the issue.

Our team will investigate and determine eligibility for a refund or report regeneration at our sole discretion.
